Laura Fearnall – Chair of Trustees
Born and bred in Cheshire, Laura has spent her career in the PR, marketing and digital communications sector and has founded her own creative agency, Luya. Laura is a Governor at The Queen’s School, Chester.
Laura joined the board of trustees in 2018 and is the Chair of Trustees.

Rob Bisset
Rob is a councillor and Chairman for Cheshire West and Chester Council. He is also a governor for the Robert Oldfield Charity.
Rob is a CWAC representative for the main board and joined in 2019.

Andy Farrall
Andy is a very experienced and skilled urban strategist, designer and planner with forty years’ experience working in senior positions in both the private and public sectors. He is originally from North Wales but has lived in Chester for nearly thirty years.
Andy has been on the board since 2021.

Justin Rice-Jones
Justin is a Chartered Surveyor and commercial property consultant with vast experience in the industry gained over nearly forty years in Chester.
He joined the board in 2021.

Paul Chamberlain
Paul is a councillor for Cheshire West and Chester Council and is chairman of the Licensing committee. Prior to this, he spent over four decades working in journalism, including nearly thirty years at The Chester Chronicle. Paul is a CWAC representative on the main board.
Paul was born in Chester and has spent the majority of his life living in the city. He has been on the board since 2023.

Jacqui Harvey
Jacqui is a retired senior Health and Social Care Executive with significant experience gained over more than forty years. She had worked with many Boards as a director and a Chief Executive, in both Cheshire and London. Jacqui joined the Board of Vivo Care Choices Cheshire in 2017 and became Chairman in 2019 until 2022.
Jacqui has lived in Chester for over thirty years.

Hannah Symons
Hannah is currently the Trusts and Foundation Manager at Chester Zoo and has worked in the environmental charity sector and fundraising for the last six years. Her background before this was in scientific research with a focus on climate change and oceanography.
Hannah was raised in Chester and is now proud to call the city home again.
